Ken Scarlett, President and CEO, Wraps Up 2008

January 2009

Dear all,

With such an exciting year just behind us, I wanted to take the opportunity to recap 2008 and personally wish all of you a happy new year.

At Scarlett Surveys International, we celebrated our 45th anniversary in 2008, exceeding 15 million surveyed. We consummated partnership agreements with Kingfield, China and Smith Enterprises, UK, furthering our international initiative. Scarlett Surveys also had its registered trademark, The Survey Company®, moved to the primary register due to overwhelming market/brand recognition. Scarlett Surveys launched our exclusive, web-based Engagement Improvement System TM (EIS) which assures accountable employee engagement improvement, and our OMNI 19® business improvement survey that creates superior value return over the Gallup q-12. Scarlett Surveys became a Franchisee of Dr. Jac Fitz-enz’s HCM-21® Predictive Human Capital Management System, and in 2009 we will launch our Hucametrics TM initiative.

At Scarlett Surveys we are very excited about the trend towards predictive human capital management and away from stovepipe consumption of human resources. We encourage you to take a closer look at the Hucametrics TM initiative or some of our often-quoted white papers. We look forward to continuing to improve our survey products and human capital consulting services in the new year to help our clients fully engage their employees and customers, develop new markets, and maximize their return on human capital. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to contact me directly at AskKen@ScarlettSurveys.com. Happy new year!

Warm regards,
Ken Scarlett
President and CEO
