Scarlett Surveys has been accepted into the new, 2009 federal contracting system in all areas of employee and marketing research and human capital consulting. The CCR registration system requires significant quality checks and certifications before acceptance. Scarlett Surveys, The Survey Company®, has been doing business with federal and state agencies for over 30 years, providing employee surveys, human capital and reorganization consulting, and extensive Medicare Satisfaction research. Work has included complete restructuring of utilities businesses, school systems, governor executive branch offices, highway departments, and Medicare funds administration. Scarlett Surveys has often worked directly with Governing boards, Chief Officers, and US Congressional Offices.
Mohawk Industries Selects Scarlett Surveys

Mohawk Industries the leading worldwide flooring manufacturer and distributor, has selected Scarlett Surveys to conduct employee engagement surveys company-wide. Mohawk has selected a tailored version of the unique Associate Engagement Research (AER) survey instrument developed by and available only through Scarlett Surveys. Scarlett will be working with top management and line management throughout Mohawk to baseline engagement levels and train managers to further enhance engagement using the unique Scarlett Survey System. Over 99 facilities, warehouses and distribution centers will be surveyed involving hundreds of different job classifications. It is anticipated that AER engagement metric management will result in even higher levels of customer engagement, operating performance and investor value.

Dear all, With such an exciting year just behind us, I wanted to take the opportunity to recap 2008 and personally wish all of you a happy new year. At Scarlett Surveys International, we celebrated our 45th anniversary in 2008, exceeding 15 million surveyed. We consummated partnership agreements with Kingfield, China and Smith Enterprises, UK, furthering our international initiative. Scarlett Surveys also had its registered trademark, The Survey Company®, moved to the primary register due to overwhelming market/brand recognition. Scarlett Surveys launched our exclusive, web-based Engagement Improvement System TM (EIS) which assures accountable employee engagement improvement, and our OMNI 19® business improvement survey that creates superior value return over the Gallup q-12. Scarlett Surveys became a Franchisee of Dr. Jac Fitz-enz's HCM-21® Predictive Human Capital Management System, and in 2009 we will launch our Hucametrics TM initiative. At Scarlett Surveys we are very excited about the trend towards predictive human capital management and away from stovepipe consumption of human resources. Kingfield Announced as an Official Licensee of Scarlett Surveys

Scarlett Surveys consummated a partnership with Kingfield, China for Kingfield to become an official licensee of Scarlett Surveys and The Survey Company® throughout China. Kingfield will immediately offer Scarlett's unique Associate Engagement Research TM (AER) survey to organizations throughout China. The quality engagement measurement of AER enables managers to become more participative and motivational in their approach to managing human resources.

Ken Scarlett, President and CEO, and Peter A. B. Smith, CEO Europe, will participate in a Department of Commerce Trade Mission to China in September 2008. Scarlett Surveys, The Survey Company®, will be meeting with top Chinese government and industry leaders in an effort to expand the use of its unique employee survey products and Human Capital consulting services within China and help that country build more harmonious and engaged workforces. This mission will promote and strengthen two-way business and government ties between Scarlett Surveys and the manufacturing, automotive, and logistics businesses in cities in southern China, including Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong.
