Scarlett Surveys Engagement Leadership Training (ELT) is a unique skills-training workshop that connects business goals with employee engagement leadership skills to enable managers to improve both.
ELT is either a one- or a two-day course. The 2-day workshop focuses on improving both the quality of relationships and managers’ engagement leadership skills – dealing with the whole person. The 1-day workshop focuses strictly on the skill set – improving each manager’s engagement leadership skills and practically applying them.
At the conclusion of ELT, leaders will be able to sustainably manage employee engagement through the 15 Drivers of Engagement. Leaders will have the skillsets to build a culture of engagement every day.
