Survey Methodologies

Methodologies — Choosing the right methodology for your employees

Electronic Surveys

Scarlett’s online surveys are very convenient, easy to administer, and securely hosted on Scarlett Surveys’ own server.  Participant data is collected according to the groupings you specify.  Questionnaires can be made available in a variety of languages.  Each eligible participant is given unique log-in information, so he or she will be able to complete their questionnaire on our site from any location and their responses will be collected according to their designated grouping while each respondent remains anonymous.

Paper Surveys

There are times when traditional paper questionnaire methodology is the best survey option.  Our paper booklet questionnaires have been perfected over many years and are tailored to reflect each client’s culture and branding.  Our paper booklet questionnaires offer the same bona fide measurements and high-quality reporting as our online questionnaires and are very easy to administer.

Some employee populations have a higher comfort level with pen-and-paper survey methodology, resolving any concerns the participants may have that answers submitted via company computers could be inspected or intercepted.  Unlike most survey companies, Scarlett Surveys processes paper surveys in-house using high-technology scanning technology so you can rest assured of the anonymity, confidentiality and scoring accuracy of this private information.

Combined Methodologies

Some of our clients find that it works best for them to survey part of their population online, and part via traditional paper booklet questionnaire.  Scarlett can easily accommodate this request, and still offer combined reporting on the back-end.  We make it easy for you to survey your employees with the right instrument, the right way: using proven, anonymous methods that best suit your organization.
