Enhancing employee engagement, as a top performance appraisal criterion for each leader, is proven to improve company operating performance. One client company ensures continuous positive growth by requiring a minimum AER Employee Engagement Index score for a leader to be eligible for bonuses and have a satisfactory review. Now that’s walking the talk.
