Engagement Leadership Training (ELT)

Scarlett Surveys Engagement Leadership Training (ELT) is a unique skills training workshop that connects business goals with employee engagement leadership skills to enable managers to improve both.

ELT is either a one- or a two-day course. The 2-day workshop focuses on improving both the quality of relationships and managers’ engagement leadership skills – dealing with the whole person. The 1-day workshop focuses strictly on the skill set – improving each manager’s engagement leadership skills and practically applying them.

On the first day of the 2-day workshop, the group will be reviewing and working with the Scarlett Leadership Engagement Profile, which each participant will complete a few days before class. These profiles enable each individual to understand their preferred style of leadership, their expectations in communications with others, and their instinctive needs (i.e. what information and interactions they need in order to develop trust and effectively process information). This is done individually and interactively.

The second day is broken into two parts. In the first part of the day, we give them a technical understanding of engagement and the tools to be effective in managing and improving engagement. In the second part of the day, they actually use those tools to develop action plans for their area to improve engagement.

Recommended ELT class size is 12, but up to 20 can be accommodated. Contact info@ScarlettSurveys.com for further information
