The copyrighted Scarlett Surveys MCPSS EZ Form contains the same measures as the CMS Medicare Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey (MCPSS) in a shorter, easier to complete format. This user-friendly questionnaire, exclusive to Scarlett Surveys, is used by Contractors to augment, enlarge and enhance Provider satisfaction data supplied to them in skeleton form by CMS. This richness of data helps Contractors identify opportunities for improvement and conduct scientific root-cause-analysis, thereby improving internal operations and service to Providers. Scarlett Surveys provides extensive analysis of Contractor performance data, clearly identifying service attributes that have the greatest impact on overall satisfaction.
